CABLE SQUAT: 10 reps, 4 sets
ONE ARM CABLE PULL: 10 reps per arm, 4 sets
BACK ROW: 10 reps, 4 sets
TRICEP PULL DOWN: 10 reps, 4 sets
SHOULDER PRESS SQUAT: 10 reps, 4 sets
FRONT RAISES: 10 reps, 4 sets
SIDE RAISES: 10 reps per arm, 4 sets
BICEP CURL: 10 reps, 4 sets
